Office building with integrated parking. Total of 14 stories with two stories below ground. Eight levels of parking (precast) and six levels of offices (steel frame). Lateral resisting system consists of match-cast interlocking precast concrete shear walls at the core of the building, which run from the foundation to the top of the structure.

As the precast specialty engineer, Eriksson Technologies’ role was to layout all precast components, produce all precast erection drawings and design and detail all components and connections. The tight geometric constraints resulted in very little precast product repetition, requiring many mark numbers. Due to the aggressive construction and fabrication schedules, this project required as many as 23 engineers and detailers working simultaneously. This is our largest and most complex commercial project to date.
